OMEN Atlantic Challenge set to start

The OMEN Atlantic Challenge will kick off this Saturday, with four teams set to vie for the lion's share of a €15,000 ($16,500) prize pool.

The double-elimination tournament will be held over the weekend at FIL as part of Lisboa Games Week and will feature just four teams, two determined by online qualifiers and two coming out of La Copa and LPCS Masters.

eXploit secured the last spot in the tournament after defeating OFFSET in a five-map thriller in the LPCS final, and will lock horns with Brazilian side DETONA in the opening match of the competition.

kioShiMa's Heretics are the highest-ranked team in attendance

On the other side of the bracket, Movistar Riders will try to extend their recent fine run of form with a victory against Heretics, who have their eyes on the trophy as they look to bounce back from a group stage exit at the WePlay! Forge of Masters Season 2 Finals.
